Formal Notice – Waiver and Disclaimer
This Website and the associated book – “The History of Royal Liver Friendly Society” – deals almost exclusively with Royal Liver, its people and its times.
However, no history of Royal Liver would be complete without recording that, sadly, it was necessary for it to be formally dissolved in July, 2011 following it being taken over by the Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited (“Royal London”).
Nevertheless, I should emphasise that:-
- This work – the Website and the history of Royal Liver (combined) – is entirely my own and has been a personal undertaking rather than one undertaken in any official capacity (since I have none).
- I have therefore acted independently with regard to this venture and Royal London has not contributed to nor endorsed any element of this Website nor the associated history of Royal Liver.
- All errors, mis-statements and opinions are entirely my own.
